SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship from California.
Shipping rates displayed at checkout include shipping and handling costs.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and handling before your order ships. During high-volume periods (such as competition season or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Order Tracking
After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Looking around your delivery location
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance
Shipping Delays
After an order has been shipped using the selected shipping method, Standing O Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other transit issues.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Standing O Cosmetics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Standing O Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available. This may delay shipment of the order.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
